Artists reserve rights to ALL art created UNLESS specified in writing by the artist. Any art should be credited if posted online and NOT used for resale purposes.

We do NOT handle commissions containing furries, nudity, NSFW, etc.

Artists reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

Within 24 hours you will receive an email directly from the artist confirming your order and expectations. Any price discrepancy or issue will also be addressed in the email.

If artist is unable to fulfill order or respond within a reasonable time period (24-48 hours) from initial deposit the order is subject to a full refund.

before the artist confirms order and starts the work the deposit is 100% refundable. After work begins cancelation of project will result in a minimum 50% penalty of initial deposit, up to 100% depending on amount of work completed at time of cancelation.

Once artist begins work all prices and scope of work are final.

Until price and scope of work confirmation from artist, the price is subject to change based on client’s expectations. To ensure selected product type meets client’s expected art quality and specifications.

Confirmation email from artist will include finalized price and delivery date.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 24 hours of refund approval.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
